Lettertempo is a managed newsletter service operated by Neuralway Technologies Private Limited. These terms cover this website and the service we agree with you. Lettertempo is independent of BlitzRank subscriptions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Brief, scope, then activation
The public planner helps you prepare a publication brief. Using it does not start a subscription, reserve capacity, submit your brief, or authorize delivery. Before work begins, we agree the publication, sources, monthly allowance, schedule, review rules, price, service period, and payment timing in writing. Those specific terms form your service scope.
What an edition includes
The starting scope covers one publication and voice, up to 800 words per edition, up to five source links, three subject options, one preheader, HTML and plain text, and up to three AI revision passes. Monthly covers one edition; Weekly up to four; Weekdays up to 23 Monday–Friday editions; Daily up to 31 including weekends. Your agreed scope identifies the actual allowance and dates. Original reporting, human editing, custom template development, and audience acquisition are excluded unless separately agreed.
Prices and payment
Starting monthly scopes are $19 for Monthly, $39 for Weekly, $99 for Weekdays and $129 for Daily, in USD. Taxes and your sending platform's fees are additional. Your agreed scope states the final price. Payment may be requested through a separate provider link, which identifies the merchant, amount and payment terms before you pay. This website's planner does not take payment, start recurring billing, or activate a BlitzRank subscription.
Allowances, changes and cancellation
A completed edition supplied for review uses one allowance. Failed generation does not count. Allowances reset each service month and do not roll over. Missed or held editions are not sent in a catch-up burst. We do not charge automatic overages. Your agreed scope states cancellation notice, renewal arrangements, and treatment of work already completed. For a cancellation, billing error, or refund request, contact us. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Your content, audience and approval
You retain your rights in supplied content and grant us the limited permissions needed to produce and deliver the agreed newsletter. Supply only material and accounts you have authority to use. Use a consented audience and honor unsubscribe requests. The sending platform keeps its own terms, fees and delivery controls. No audience acquisition, open rate, inbox placement or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
AI-assisted writing may contain errors. You approve sources, factual claims, brand suitability and publication permissions. Editions remain subject to the agreed review process. Automatic delivery requires your explicit authorization for the destination, audience and schedule. An uncertain delivery result is checked before retrying.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. Protect credentials and grant workspace access only to authorized people. Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, fraud, harassment, malware, unsolicited bulk messaging, or attempts to bypass security. We may hold work or suspend access to address abuse, security incidents, nonpayment, or legal requirements.
Availability and changes
Features depend on release readiness, connected providers and your agreed scope. Planned integrations and illustrative examples do not demonstrate an active connection or customer result. Outages may delay work. We communicate material changes to an active scope before they apply where required. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
