This policy explains how Lettertempo, a Neuralway Technologies Private Limited product, handles personal information when you visit our website or use our services. It also explains the choices you have.

Information we handle

Account information. Your name, email address, authentication method, account preferences, and security records help us create and protect your account. If you choose Google or Apple, that provider shares the account information you authorize. We do not receive your Google or Apple password. Apple may provide a private relay email address.

Your workspace. We process the websites, brand information, sources, prompts, drafts, published content, and team permissions you supply. Connected services share information within the permissions you grant. Connect only accounts and content you have permission to use.

Billing and support. We use service briefs, agreed scopes, invoice references, and payment confirmations to manage your publication. If a payment link is supplied, the payment provider and its terms are identified before payment. We do not store full card numbers. Support requests include the information and attachments you choose to send.

Technical information. Requests generate security and operational records, such as request identifiers, timestamps, network information, and error details. These help us prevent abuse and diagnose failures.

Why we use it

We use information to provide the service you request, authenticate users, operate connected workflows, deliver account messages, manage agreed service scopes, answer support requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in running and securing the service, legal obligations, and consent where required. Optional permission or marketing consent can be withdrawn.

Cookies and local storage

Lettertempo uses necessary cookies to maintain secure sessions and protect sign-in flows. The public website does not load advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Fonts are served from our own website. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in. Connected provider websites have their own cookie policies.

Who receives information

Our infrastructure providers process data to host the service and send transactional email. A payment provider processes a purchase only when you choose to pay through its separate payment link. Google and Apple process sign-in requests when you choose those methods. If you enable content generation, research, publishing, or monitoring, relevant inputs are sent to the providers required for that feature. Your connected publishing or email platform receives editions you authorize us to deliver. Your subscriber list and unsubscribe controls remain in that platform. We do not use your audience to market another client's publication.

Other members of your organization can access workspace information according to their permissions. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Storage, security, and retention

Our primary production infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must cover the relevant processing.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, protected credentials, and security monitoring. No service can promise absolute security. We retain account and workspace information while needed to provide the service, then delete or de-identify it subject to required security, accounting, dispute, and legal retention. Backups and legally retained records may remain after account deletion and are not used to reactivate a deleted account without authorization.

Your choices and rights

You can disconnect integrations, manage team access, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. Organization administrators control their workspace; direct workspace requests to them or contact us for help.

Children and changes

Lettertempo is a business service for adults. It is not intended for children under 18. We update this policy when our practices change and identify the revision date above. We provide additional notice where required for material changes.

Your local brief

The public brief planner runs in your browser. Editing a brief does not submit it or create an account. Copying or downloading a brief creates an export you control. A separate submission or email requires your action.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use our support contact and identify your request as a privacy request. Never send passwords, authentication codes, or provider secrets.
